Provider and scope
These terms apply to the EXODEU information website provided by exotisches deutsch, Caferağa, Şifa Sk No:19, 34710 Kadıköy/İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact: [email protected]. Visiting the website does not create a paid application service assignment.
Services and engagement
EXODEU supports applications for work and company-based vocational training in Germany. The scope, fees and duration are agreed with the user before engagement. The individual agreement is authoritative. Information on the website does not replace individual legal advice.
Gmail and delivery instructions
The separate application platform sends application emails through the user’s authorised Gmail account. This requires Google authorisation and delivery instructions specifying the recipients and scope. The platform uses Gmail sending permission and permission to identify the connected account’s email address. It does not read inbox messages. This information website does not connect a Gmail account or send applications.
User obligations
Users provide accurate information, check their application documents and must be authorised to submit them. Spam, misleading applications and unlawful content are prohibited. The Google password is not passed to EXODEU; authorisation takes place through Google.
Ending the service and privacy
The Google connection can be revoked at any time in the Google account settings . To end the service, contact [email protected]. Agreed contractual terms and legal rights remain in effect. Revoking access does not recall emails already sent. Data processing is described in the privacy policy .
Decisions and statutory rights
Employers decide on hiring and training places. Visa applications and official decisions are handled by the relevant authorities. EXODEU does not guarantee a job, training place or successful official decision. Statutory consumer rights and mandatory liability rules remain unaffected.
